Sutter EHR Downtime – Saturday, April 13 from 00:01 a.m. to 04:00 a.m.
Who is affected: All users of Sutter EHR
Description: Sutter EHR will be unavailable beginning at 00:01 a.m. and returned to end users no later than 04:00 a.m. Please use established downtime procedures during this timeframe, as the Digital Team transitions our Epic system to a new environment, Epic-Hosting. Workflows will remain the same when the system comes back up.
Read-Only version of Sutter EHR – used to look up/read information, but does not allow for documenting/entering information, will be available immediately at the beginning of the downtime by clicking on the Sutter EHR Read-Only icon on the desktop.
If you are disconnected from Read-Only from 00:01 a.m. to 4:00 a.m., please log back in.
The end users should use established downtime procedures.
